5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Procedures

5.2 Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods include credit/debit cards and other accepted means as outlined on our website.

5.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.

By booking a meeting room, Users agree to:

  • Use the space for lawful purposes only.
  • Respect the property and any equipment provided during the booking.
  • Adhere to any occupancy limits and guidelines established by Webexly.
  • Notify Webexly of any damages or issues that arise during the booking period.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in illegal activities within the meeting rooms.
  • Using the facilities for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Causing damage to the room or its contents.
  • Disrupting other Users or activities taking place in adjacent spaces.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Webexly shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or profits.
  • Property damage or personal injury.
  • Third-party claims against Users.

Webexly provides its Services on an ‘as is’ basis, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webexly, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
